NIPE invites the academic community to attend an information and discussion session on the new Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation (FFMS) Research Programme for the 2027–2029 period.

In this session, the key points of interest, priority thematic areas and practical information on preparing and submitting applications (for large-scale funding calls) will be discussed. The session will be presented by Hélia Marreiros and Sónia Silva, researchers at NIPE.

The FFMS aims to fund rigorous empirical research on the Portuguese context, organising the new three-year period into thematic calls (with applications open for the ‘Productivity and Growth’ and ‘Social Policies and Prosperity’ calls until 25 January 2027).
