NIPE’s research is aligned with The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, reflected in 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). NIPE is committed to contribute to these goals and targets, which will stimulate action over the next fifteen years in areas of critical importance for humanity and the planet. The report on UN Sustainable Development Goals – NIPE 2019-2021 presents NIPE’s contributions and commitment to advancing the United Nations 2030 Agenda from 2019 to 2021. Each of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals is reported on NIPE’s four dimensions: Researchers, Publications, Projects and Miscellaneous, using a set of metrics specially formulated to correspond and integrate with the institutional documents adopted by NIPE.

This report was carried out by a team of five master students of the School of Economics and Management (Diogo Ferreira, Cristiana Gião, Nádia Oliveira, Tiago Ribeiro & Sara Vieira) under the supervision of three research members from NIPE (Helia Marreiros, Rita Sousa & Linda Veiga).
